Right now, I have a bunch of different usergroups for the guild. Each usergroup controls various permissions, but it is occasionally difficult to manage. The reason is, if the forum is upgraded or something new is installed, I have to update every usergroup. Well, I think I thought of a way around this and I will be testing it out this week.

I created a new usergroup that will house all members of the guild, no matter of rank. This will control the permissions I give to everyone. Obviously, officers and those that help moderate the forums will need some additional permissions, but for the most part, I will be able to just adjust permissions to the one group.

I am giving notice of this because I will need everyone's help once this is implemented. If it appears you lost permission to something, let me know. Otherwise, I will assume all is well. Once successful, I can begin making other adjustments. I will start this tomorrow or the day after, but I will announce it here and with a notice below the shoutbox.
