My friend gave me his site with the mod on it but since he gave it to me with 4.2.5 on it i can not seem to get the USERRANK to show the image the mod vs is 1.1.0a any ideas that might help?

Let's verify, you have vBulletin 4.2.5 installed.
The Roster Mod you are using is 1.1.0? Does it say [PLUS] any where?
