Aristophanes' Chloromancer Healing Guide

This is an old guide to Chloromancer healing I wrote up, back in Storm Legion. I gave it the once over and updated it, but I might of missed something, so there could be some old stuff still lingering in it.

At any rate, it is different than other guides you'll find on the Rift forums, as I break it down skill by skill, rather than saying here is the spec and here is the rotation. So even if it is old, many of the concepts should still be relative.
