Starting Up Late and I have a few questions

I just downloaded the game and started a cleric, that way I can heal myself as I fight. It may or may not be my main. I was wondering what everyone was choosing as their main toon. Thanks for all the info on useful links you guys have posted. Do Rangers and other hybrid classes still have an experience penalty?

right now we do have alot of healer types.. running short on the tank side

tanks, pullers and rezzers are in need. we do have a lot of druids, but only one full time cleric.

All exp penalties have been removed.
